where the breath goes, prana flows
“Through the practice of yoga, breath work and meditation, we can become more open to the internal vibrations and sensations that flows within our bodies. It’s that same energy movement we feel while surfing in the ocean, you just have to learn how to tap into this level of awareness and use it to your highest potential! This is what I wish to share with you.”
The surfer
Kelsey resides along the North Shore of Maui teaching surf lessons, providing online yoga classes and fixing surfboards for a living.
With nearly two decades of surf and travel experience, Kelsey enjoys sharing her knowledge of ocean awareness, surf ethics and overall wellness.
“Surfing can be intimidating for beginners and there are a lot of unspoken rules out there to follow. I want to provide a fun and simple way to educate, build confidence and inspire others!”

The yogi
After becoming a yoga educator in 2013, Kelsey began to gain a deep understanding of the mind & body through breath work and restorative yin.
“It’s really fascinating how often we allow fear to stop ourselves from having an experience in the water, on our mats or with everyday life. We’re so concerned with the outcome or afraid of judgement that we simply get stuck inside our heads. The yoga I teach allows you to let go, be playful and love your body. We are forever evolving the moment we step onto the mat, all you have to do is commit.”

The traveler
Over the years, Kelsey has found some of the best travel deals and created the most memorable adventures by using the knowledge she’s gained from experience. Here she’ll share some of her favorite trips from the past, how she starts planning for each one, the do’s and don’t and of course the research!
“This is what I live for! Everyone loves a good deal, you just need to know where to start and how to plan. Last year, I scored a round trip ticket from Hawaii to Australia for only $300.00! Talk about a deal!”
