Ding Repair Workshop 101: +18 years or older

Aloha! Thank you for your interest in Auntie K's Ding Repair Workshops! Our goal is to provide knowledge and build confidence within our surf community with a clear understanding of surfboard construction, basic board maintenance and tackling simple repairs. This 2 hour workshop provides in person demonstration with hands on experience identifying dings, determining their severity and how to fix them from start to finish. Limited to 3 people per workshops allows you to have more time with the instructor for questions and working on your technique.

Materials Provided:

• N95 Dust Mask

• Disposable Gloves

• Sandpaper

• Solar Resin and Brushes

• Fiberglass

• A Shop Board to Practice on (PLEASE DON’T BRING YOUR OWN)

To book, please fill out the form below. A non refundable deposit of $25.00 will be due to secure your spot. Please leave your venmo handle below to receive your deposit request. If you do not have venmo, cash or check can be accepted in person at Auntie K’s Ding Repair. If the workshop is already full, we will notify you if any cancellations occur. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO ATTEND!!

Please arrive 15 minutes early before the workshop begins. Your remaining balance will be due at check in and a liability waiver must be signed. We accept cash, check or venmo for your remaining balance. Checks must be payable to Aunite K’s LLC.

Please wear closed toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Long hair must be pulled back and no jewelry such as rings - everything we work with is messy so we don’t want it to get ruined! If you are sensitive to resin fumes we highly recommend you bringing your own respirator.

If the workshop is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
