Beauty Smoothie

Beauty in a glass? You bet! This velvety smooth drink will surprise you when I say it’s not only good for your hair, skin and nails, but it supports your brain function too!

Stay focused, full and support your digesting with this unique combination. Perfect in the morning on your way work or after a workout!

So here’s what’s in it!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1 serving collagen peptides

  • 1 serving vanilla protein

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp chai spices

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 3 ice cubes


Making the smoothie

Combine all the ingredients into the blender. Start on a medium setting working your way up to a higher speed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
