Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
The perfect smoothie for breakfast, as an afternoon snack or dessert!
This smoothie is so good, you’ll be wishing you made it a double after your first sip!
This recipe is from the “Smoothie Project” by Catherine McCord.
So here’s what’s in it!
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
1 dried date, pitted
2 ice cubes
Making the smoothie
Combine all the ingredients into the blender. Start on a medium setting working your way up to a higher speed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
