Berries & Cream

Ooohhh man… talk about creamy and delicious! If your craving something sweet and filling you’ve come to the right smoothie!

There are some things I’ve changed for my own personal taste buds so feel free to follow the original recipe or try out my suggestions!

This recipe is from the “Smoothie Project” by Catherine McCord.

Here’s whats in it!


Personal Preference

The recipe calls for 1 serving of vanilla protein powder which is actually 2 scoops. I felt like it was a bit much and left a grainy aftertaste so one scoop is sufficient enough!

Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup frozen cauliflower

1 serving vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1/4 cup coconut milk


Making the Smoothie

Combine all the ingredients in a high powered blender in the order they are listed above. Start the blender on a lower setting working your way up to a higher speed for 2 minutes. Use a blender stick or wand to help press ingredients down to blend more thoroughly. Pour into a glass and top off with frozen raspberries. Enjoy!
